What Low Water Pressure Repair Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Kentucky Plumbing Pros evaluates reported low water pressure and, with your approval, performs agreed diagnostic and repair work on accessible plumbing components. Work may include checking fixtures, shutoff valves, pressure regulators, and visible piping to identify likely causes. The written estimate or service authorization defines the exact tasks; replacement parts, concealed-pipe work, and additional repairs are included only if listed or approved separately.
Work must follow applicable Kentucky State Plumbing Code requirements, including 815 KAR Chapter 20, and applicable permit and inspection rules. Louisville projects may also require Louisville Metro plumbing permits.
Work requiring a licensed plumbing contractor will be performed under applicable Kentucky licensing requirements. Lead service line work must follow applicable EPA Safe Drinking Water Act requirements.
Permit fees, inspections, water utility work, environmental testing, and repairs outside the approved scope are not included unless agreed in writing. We will explain identified exclusions before proceeding when practical.
Appointment Changes and Arrival Planning
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method confirmed by Kentucky Plumbing Pros. We will provide the agreed service window and ask that an adult with access to the plumbing be present.
Please give notice as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Any cancellation charge or other applicable term will be disclosed before it applies; no particular fee is created by this section alone.
If a technician cannot safely access the work area, or a necessary part or permit is unavailable, we may need to reschedule and will contact you to discuss options. The agreed estimate or authorization describes the approved work.
If inspection reveals a different cause, added work, or a change in price, we will explain the change and obtain your approval before proceeding. You may decline the added work; that may leave the original pressure problem unresolved. Emergency response times are not promised unless separately confirmed.
Written Estimates and Payment Terms
An estimate describes the work proposed, its stated price, and any assumptions or exclusions we can identify before work begins. It is not a promise that concealed conditions will match what is visible.
Kentucky Plumbing Pros will seek your approval before starting authorized work. If diagnosis or repair uncovers a condition that changes the scope or cost, we will explain the proposed change and request approval before doing the added work.
Payment is due according to the terms shown on your estimate, invoice, or service authorization. Ask us to clarify any payment deadline or accepted method before approving the work.
Unless stated in writing, an estimate does not include permit charges, inspection fees, utility charges, or unrelated repairs. If you dispute an invoice, contact us promptly with the relevant details so we can review it.
Nothing in this section creates a particular price, financing arrangement, or payment schedule that has not been provided to you in writing.
Workmanship Coverage and Its Limits
Kentucky Plumbing Pros will perform approved work with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable requirements. Any specific workmanship warranty, including its duration and covered repairs, must be stated in a written estimate, invoice, or separate warranty document.
These terms do not create a warranty period or promise a particular result where none has been provided in writing. Manufacturer warranties on parts are separate and subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Coverage may not apply to a problem caused by pre-existing damage, normal wear, misuse, unauthorized changes, neglected maintenance, or work performed by someone else after our visit. A recurring pressure issue may also result from a cause outside the repair we were asked to complete.
Contact us with the service date and a description of the concern so we can review the applicable written terms. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under Kentucky law.
Responsibility for Existing Conditions and Losses
To the extent permitted by law, Kentucky Plumbing Pros’ responsibility for a claim related to a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, or to liability that cannot legally be limited. We are not responsible for conditions that existed before our work, concealed defects we could not reasonably identify, or damage caused by unrelated plumbing, utility, or third-party work, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You agree to tell us about known hazards and provide safe access to the work area. Required permits, inspections, and licensed-contractor rules remain applicable, including Kentucky State Plumbing Code provisions in 815 KAR Chapter 20 and relevant Louisville Metro requirements.
Lead service line work must comply with applicable EPA Safe Drinking Water Act rules. OSHA lockout/tagout requirements under 29 CFR 1910.147 apply only where the work and equipment fall within that standard. These terms do not excuse a party from duties imposed by law.
Questions About These Service Terms
For questions about these terms or an approved low water pressure repair, contact Kentucky Plumbing Pros at (877) 773-0781 or info@kentuckylowwaterpressure.top. Correspondence may also be sent to Aegon Center, 400 West Market Street, Louisville, KY. Please include your name, service address, appointment date, and invoice or estimate number when available; do not send sensitive payment information by ordinary email.
We may revise these terms as our practices or applicable requirements change. The version in effect when you approve a service will generally govern that service, subject to any later written agreement and applicable law.
We will make updated terms available through our usual business channels and identify an effective date where practical. If a change affects work already approved, we will discuss it with you before relying on the revised term.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
